“And they sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto the LORD; because [he is] good, for his mercy [endureth] for ever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the LORD, because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid.” (Ezra 3:11 AV)

Notice the word they. It is good to be in the house of the Lord with others to praise the Lord. Be in church this Sunday.

Tuesday, January 21, 2020

Anyone who thinks that he is smarter than God is foolish. God knows it all.

“Flee fornication. Every sin that a man does is without the body; but he that commits fornication sins against his own body. What? know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which you have of God, and you are not your own?” (1 Corinthians 6:18-19 AKJV)

Christians are to live holy and pure lives.

“And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God. And all the people answered, Amen, Amen, with lifting up their hands: and they bowed their heads, and worshipped the LORD with their faces to the ground.” (Nehemiah 8:6 AKJV)

We need to join with the saints of old to praise the Lord. He is worthy to be praised.

Friday, February 7, 2020

The Lord can give you the joy and strength you need. Pray and seek Him.

It’s true. I have found the Lord to be true and faithful. You will too.

Thursday, February 13, 2020
